We are pleased to share with you the BCCEC Press Statement on the Corporate Income Tax Green Paper, which is attached for your review. Additionally, we have included a copy of the Corporate Tax Green Paper and the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Response Form for your review.
The Government of The Bahamas invites your participation in this important tax policy public consultation initiative. Should you wish to provide feedback on this initiative, please use the CIT Response Form to document your review of the paper.
Kindly observe the following guidelines when using the response form:
Utilize the template provided to organize and submit your responses to the questions outlined in the Green Paper and any general feedback you may have.
In the space provided, identify yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent to enable us to contact you, should clarification be needed.
Be clear and concise in your comments.

Your comments will be included in the BCCEC’s consolidated document that will be submitted to Government at a later date.
The public consultation window is open from May 17, 2023 to July 3, 2023.
