Request for Proposal (RFP): Nassau Airport Development Company Limited (NAD) Retail Kiosk

The Nassau Airport Development Company Limited (NAD), the operator of the Lynden Pindling International Airport is interested in attracting experienced, enthusiastic, and imaginative operators for a Retail kiosk. Proponents must be capable of designing, financing, and operating a Retail Kiosk in the US Departures Terminal of the airport. The retail unit should offer unique products and/or services at competitive prices that are suited for US Passenger Traffic.


Interested proponents are asked to provide:

  1. A written proposal outlining the proposed concept, operations and management plan and marketing plan;

  2. A financial offer that includes a revenue share model with NAD including minimum annual guarantees.

  3. List of retail outlets/kiosks and their square footage managed or owned and operated by the proponent.

  4. Confirmation that the proponent has the capacity to build-out at least 100 square feet of retail space at B$150.00 per square foot

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3 to 10 years’ experience in retail operations and management

NAD’s Goals and Objectives are to:

  1. Achieve a high standard of excellence and customer service

  2. Offer retail options that will appeal to the complete spectrum of passengers served by the airport
